Flagstaff Beautification Program

The Flagstaff Beautification Program has recently added one of CAM's pieces to their public viewing collection. After years of seeing plain metal utility boxes on the side of the road, they are now covering them a range of colorful artwork.

The boxes on the corner of Cedar and Gemini now showcases this design titled "Here Comes the Sun." This brightly colored woman represents the sun, an abundant element here in the Southwest, capable of beauty and growth, but also danger.

She wears her reign as a crown of celestial orbs, providing a watchful, protective eye with an air of defiance.



"Here Comes the Sun" can be seen on the corner of Cedar and Gemini, the road leading directly to Buffalo Park.
